- 4 or 6 ft. table up front for
materials.
- Lavaliere microphone if more than
30 people are in attendance.
- LCD Projector
(This one is real important!). The InFocus 730, Epson 7000 or Eiki 7000
are all ideal for groups up to 500. If larger than 500 consider a Sony
1272Q 3-gun projector. Images will be shown at a resolution of 1024 X
768. As long as the projector used can handle this, it will work fine. Key
point: The projector should be able to show 600 lumens or more.
- Screen for
overhead projector. Yeah, we need something to show this on besides the
wall!
- Connections to house audio system
if we have more than 30 people. Terry will use some audio from his
computer. He can use the speakers on his computer with less than 40
people. If more than that attend, it would be better to tie into the
house system. The output will be a 1/8" stereo mini-plug (just like
on a Sony Walkman).
- Extension cord,
depending on distance from the wall.
Since the presentation will be about
computers and technology, multimedia will be a big part of it. Imagine what
it is like in a movie theater. That will be the comparable situation with
all the sounds and lights from this exciting multimedia presentation!
